Mr. Jan Cornelis Verhoef
FOUNDER & CEO
As the Chief Executive Officer and Head Consultant of Jancow, Mr. Jan Cornelis Verhoef has a long history of experience and success in dairy farming.
Between 1998 and 2011, he worked as a Herd Manager, Dairy Manager, and Farm Manager for organizations in the Netherlands and Kansas, where he held responsibility for herds of up to 6,500 cows. Since 2011, he has led Verhoef Dairy, a successful dairy farm in Wisconsin. Verhoef Dairy was recognized in 2013 through 2016 as one of the top performing herds in the NorthStar Cooperative and won an Achieving Excellence award in 2020, 2021, and 2022 from Top Solid Herds. The farm was also recognized in 2019 by the Department of Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Protection with an Achievement Award for meeting and exceeding the department’s highest standards.
